"Matthew McEvoy is an excellent loan officer. He is willing to work and help in the process of buying the house of your dreams. He helped me in my process of buying my house He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He always answers whenever I need him, even if it was his day off. Matthew is very professional. He told me about the options that I had based on my income. He clarified the types of loans that exist and which one I could qualify for. I definitely recommend him. "We owe our great experience to having Matt McEvoy as our Loan Officer. Although my husband and I are both retired seniors, Matt assured us we could obtain a loan. We had the loan recalculated several times to afford the monthly payments, and this was done immediately. This is greatness. We were not just a number to Matt. Matt also obtained an interest rate lower than the one that was originally quoted. This is more than greatness! Matt was patient while we obtained the necessary paper work that was requested for the loan. He also interpreted what information was requested in plain English. He suggested alternate ways of obtaining the information requested. He went over and beyond to assist us. He is astronomically knowledgeable, patient, personable, efficient, honest, attentative, etc. This is our great experience! "Matt is a Prince as a Senior Mortgage Banker. He provided upfront, step by step, procedure in the mortgage outlining the necessary documentation required to advance the process. Additionally, Matt locked in the best finance rate 30 days in advance of closing. He even assisted in getting home insurance when the multiple brokers I deal with were unsuccessful. On a scale of 1 - 10, Matt clearly is a 10."
