"We had a phenomenal experience working with Matt McEvoy. Matt had access to an amazing interest rate on a 15-year loan that was set to expire within seven days of when our offer on the house was accepted. He personnally jumped through numerous hoops and led the coordination between our real estate agent and attorney to lock in this amazingly low interest rate on our mortgage over the course of those seven days. If not for Matt's quick actions and his commitment to taking the lead on coordinating the mortgage application process with multiple parties, we would have ended up paying two full percentage points higher on our mortgage interest rate, which would have cost us either $36,000 if we paid down to the original interest rate or $100,000 over the life of the loan if we accepted the higher interest rate.
