"Although the process of my Re-Finance finally came together and I'm thankful for that, however, I thought the entire process took entirely too much time on a home I've owned since October, 2013 with Freedom Mortgage as the lender since 2014. When I was asked to produce documents, I e-mailed them in a timely manner, then every week to two weeks I was asked to produce additional documents. The entire process from start to finish took three months, which I thought was an excessive amount of time! "
